At Boucherie Manahan, we cultivate proximity with our meat supplies. Our lambs and pigs are reared just a few kilometres from Bellac, in Saint-Bonnet-de-Bellac. Our beef, meanwhile, comes from farms further north in the department, but always within a radius of no more than 20 km. Located in the heart of the Limousin farming region, we are fortunate to have a wide choice of quality producers. That’s why we choose to vary our partner breeders, to offer our customers a real immersion in the rich know-how of local farmers.

In our butcher’s department, you’ll find a vast range of cuts, from the most classic to French or English specialities revisited with gourmet flair. Whether it’s a slab of Limousin beef or an unmissable roast beef, each piece is finished to the exacting standards of the artisan butcher.
