La Maison Manahan is above all a human adventure that began in 2019. Two young entrepreneurs brought together by the same passion: to highlight the work of Limousin breeders through a 100% local, artisanal offering.
Maison Manahan is the result of a shared passion and a meeting of minds. On the one hand, Tom, a butcher by trade and the son of a breeder, has been immersed in butchering traditions since childhood. On the other, Estelle, who has a wealth of experience in supermarket distribution, dreams of doing business with local produce.
In 2019, their shared vision will come to fruition with the opening of this butcher, delicatessen and caterer in Bellac. It’s a venture with a real purpose: to promote the work of local producers and give people easier access to healthy, tasty food.
At the heart of Maison Manahan’s commitment is the desire to pass on a rich culinary heritage. By perpetuating the ancestral skills of traditional butchery, the team breathes new life into this precious know-how.
Apprentices trained with passion, educational activities in schools… Here, we cultivate the art of eating well in a short circuit. More than just a business, it’s a way of forging lasting links with the community, with support for local associations, local deliveries and involvement in local projects.
