In our charcuterie laboratory, a large proportion of our creations are made using fresh meat from local farm pigs. Unique flavours born of the mastery of ancestral techniques and the passion of our craftsmen.

Whether it’s the marbled ham, the unmissable dry sausage or the traditional Limousin terrine, these top-quality home-made charcuterie products are the fruit of a long traditional process. Only dry charcuterie such as dry sausages and smoked sausages come from outside partners, chosen with the utmost care.
